Refund policy
If you are not Feeling The Fit,
You have 14 days to return an item after receiving your order. If this period has expired, unfortunately, we can no longer offer an exchange or refund.
To submit a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition as received, in its original packaging, and with all original tags attached. Important: If you received a free product as part of a promotion and return part of your order, the free product must also be returned to qualify for a refund.
Returning items is easy via our Return Portal.
Returns
For customers in Ireland, returns can be dropped off to save on return fees. Customers in other countries will need provide their own method of transport for their return.
Note: Returns are at your own cost.
If you are returning an item from a country outside the EU, please ensure that the package is clearly marked as "RETURNED GOODS" to avoid additional customs fees. We are not responsible for any import duties or for packages lost during the return process.
Exchanges
Would you like to exchange an item for a different size? Select the option "Exchange" during the return process. Once we have received and processed your return, we will send the new size to you as soon as possible.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email. We will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the amount will be refunded via your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Go to our Return Portal to start your return. Do not send packages without prior approval.
